Anneleise and Tyler were lucky dogs. You know how much snow most of America got this year? Well, Alaska only had about one day of that. We Alaskans are used to quite a bit more to put it mildly. So when a couple schedules a winter wedding they kinda expect their day to be graced with some of that white stuff. Fortunately it worked out for these two…. but they are about the only ones that it did!
Beautiful Anneleise started her day at a friends lovely home where they accentuated her beautiful soul with some outward decorations.
Her eyes just sparkle!
…which perfectly matches her jewelry.
Time to put that gorgeous dress on!
This is one of my favorite photos of all time. The joy!
If you haven’t met Anneleise… this is what you are missing! This. Is. Her. To the core. And I love it!
So MANY favorites here!
And then she was in his arms.
Oh the magic of the snow! It was soo beautiful.
Anneleisa had scoped out a great spot just up the road for some pretty winter time photos. It was a great idea!
Check out the back of her dress with all those tiny little buttons!
The boys.
That snow just kept coming!! It was gorgeous!
What a fun idea for a winter wedding! They had brought in some trees and hung hundreds of hand made paper snow flakes and doilies and created an indoor wintery scene. It was pretty epic!
It was time to make it official!
Anneleise had one of the most simple yet gorgeous receptions I have ever seen. She brought a few items for each table, but all of her lady friends each took charge of the dishes for a table. It was so fun to see the ideas that everyone came up with!
And then it was time for the first dance. It was so sweet. Many tears were shed.
Flower toss!
Dance Party! These guys really got into it!
I talked these two into heading outside for some gorgeous outdoor photos after dark! I love how they turned out! Hopefully it was worth their frozen feet and cold noses!
As people packed up to head home…
We had to do one last photo.
Just beautiful!
