Gerasimyuk Wedding

It was such a beautiful wedding for Faith and Oleg. February was typical winter in Alaska. Snowy and cold followed by windy and cold. Faith and Oleg bravely did their photos outside and the result was magic.

Faith is just stunning.
What a winter’s scene!
I think he was just a bit nervous waiting for her…
She came up behind him, and it was magic.
An amazing scene!
Both of these kids are EMT’s so we had to stop by their Fire-station
Oleg’s little niece is such a cutie pie!
And his little sister was the flower girl! So pretty!

It doesn’t really matter how much a bride’s dad loves his daughter’s new husband, you can always feel his sense of grief in giving her away. You can tell it’s the end of an era for him. His little girl is growing up. And while there is that pride for the woman she has become, the love in his face looks a lot like pain.

And her face just glows.
The ladies at the Slavic Church certainly can put out some gorgeous food!
