The best thing about love is that there is no expiration date. Lee and Mike met later in their lives, but I can tell you right now… their love is one of the most vibrant and tangible things I have ever experienced.
Just like most 2020 weddings the virus threw a wrench into their original wedding day plans, so at the last minute, everything was moved out into the country to the Glory View Farms in Wasilla Alaska. Lee took it in stride and everything was simply gorgeous.
Lee paused her bridal prep for a moment to cut her beautiful daughter’s hair.
Seeing her daughter dressed up in her bridesmaid gown made Lee’s eyes shine with pride. It was a really beautiful moment.
She is so lovely!
The fellas were in the groom’s prep cabin getting ready… we had to take a 3 generation shot… Grandpa, Son and Grandson…
Time for Ceremony!
The flower girl was shy coming down the aisle, so she covered her eyes!
There were real tears of joy and love glistening in his eyes when he saw his bride coming down the aisle.
And then he burst into applause, and the crowd cheered.
He was pretty tickled to marry his best friend!
The reception was so gorgeous!
Inside the barn, everything was decorated so beautifully!
Custom hand sanitizers that said “In sickness and health” were the guest gifts. Appropriate for the year!
The first dance was tender and filled with love.
Lou from R & R Entertainment led the couple in the shoe game!
There were so many laugh out loud moments!
Lee has a wonderful group of ladies that support her… quite literally!
And they had so much fun dancing together…
There was bubbles for the getaway… which was tricky for those wearing masks!
We went to a secluded place and made use of the gorgeous fireweed!
By then it was getting quite dark… but we still made good use of the barn.
Friends and family, thanks so much for joining Lee and Mike for their beautiful day! Want to see more from this gorgeous wedding? >>>>>>CLICK HERE<<<<<<
