Park {the wedding}

I love people with a vision! Chase and Dominique just bought this gorgeous barn last fall with plans to fix it up and turn it into Alaska’s newest wedding venue… and for the very first use, they hosted their very own wedding celebration on summer solstice! There will be more information about it soon… I know everyone will be so excited to see more from this amazing new venue: Solstice Creek Ranch, now open year round!

 

Chase was just about ready by the time we met up with him. Having your wedding reception on the grand opening day of your new venture is quite a task! Chase made it seem effortless.

Their sweet doggie, Oregon, was on hand for the day, and it only added to the homespun family atmosphere of the day.

The inside of the barn is just filled with lights up on the ceiling. Its a photographers happy place.

Meanwhile, the beautiful Dominique was getting ready in the upper floor of the barn.    We had a lot of fun with that gorgeous rock! Check that thing out! Its huge!

I feel like she is saying: WE DID IT!  Getting the barn and grounds ready for this event was quite a big job!

 

And then it was time for them to see each other. We snuck a little hand holding around the corner of the barn before they got to see each other.

When they saw each other, they were all smiles and love.

Little Baby E was a very treasured guest at the wedding! She just about stole the show from her beautiful Mama, Dominique!
